It’s a party and everyone’s invited! UAF’s annual Party in the Park will take place on Thursday, Aug. 28, from noon to 3 p.m. in Constitution Park. This lively outdoor event is a campus-wide celebration to kick off the fall semester and welcome new and returning students to the Nanook community.
This event showcases everything that makes UAF special — its programs, services, and the people behind them. All UAF departments, offices, and student organizations are strongly encouraged to sign up for a table to share information, resources, and fun activities with students. Whether you’re offering giveaways, games, or simply a warm welcome, your presence makes a difference.
